ABSTRACT
The aim of the present study was to study the effect of yoga
nidra on self –confidence . The study was done on 30 girl students of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya by using Control - Experimental
group design.
All the subject belonged to the age range of 20 - 25 years.
Practice time was 30 minutes and the
duration of was one month. Agnihotri^s
Self-Confidence inventory has
been used to measure the Self-Confidence level
of the subjects.After administration of inventory the selected
subjects joined one month yoga nidra. After then inventory was again
administrated for post data collecton .The result indicate significant
improvement in self confidence of
subjects who attended one month Yog nidra classes regularly.
